Who we are
Essex Therapeutic Services is committed to fostering mental wellness through tailored counselling. We can offer this face to face or online with adults and face to face for children and young people. As we grow we are committed to extending our reach with introducing group sessions and providing training sessions to help increase mental health awareness. All therapists have enhanced DBS checks and are insured.
We are passionate about improving services, supporting those that need it and raising awareness of mental health challenges in the UK.

What we offer
Working with
children through play
We work with children sensitively and make sure we work in a child friendly way. Putting the child at the centre of our work. Working hard to provide a safe and secure place, for children to explore how they are feeling.
Face to Face work with adults
We have a comfortable and discreet location that we work from. Offering safety, privacy and security. There is also plenty of parking and a coffee shop onsite.
Online therapy
For your convenience we can offer online therapy. Therapy in the comfort of you own home. We use Teams and Zoom and can discuss other options if this in not suitable.

First 6 sessions for £40 each. Valid for all new clients. Ends 30 November 2025.
Group Work
Coming soon! We will be offering a group therapy work shop for parents of SEN children.
This first one will be free! All we want in return is some paperwork to help with our research.
